Help your children and relatives break the cycle of poor health in older age by cutting back on fried, sugary, and heavily salted foods. Limit or eliminate foods that are high in saturated animal fats and refined carbohydrates ( rice, bread, and pasta) to less than 3 times in a week, if you must have it.
